Well i just finished about 2 months of calling and reasearch into a IBM.
If anyone else is doing this e-mail me and I'll clue you in on some stuff
i found in looking... ended up going with a place that does mostly CAD
systems, great support, and built what i wanted for 3D not what they want
to package for a glossy AD.
